My specific research involved a gene, which is regulated along with PUL genes that control pulcherrimin production. This responsbility required the use of aseptic techniques, microbiology, biochemistry, and genetics knowledge. In addition, I worked with and created various yeast variants, mutants, strains, requiring exceptional sample management and organization skills.
